What to expect
Start with the condition of your home
Call with your location, affected rooms and whether the damage is active. We confirm access and the next step. If you have a claim number and adjuster, we can record those after intake.
Document and remediate each affected area
A basement, kitchen and adjacent hallway can need different work. We document damage by room, confirm the authorized scope and record progress, photos, readings and equipment use as applicable.
Give your adjuster a clear scope
We can prepare Xactimate estimates, scope revisions, supporting photos and field reports for review. Your insurer determines coverage. We confirm in writing who can authorize work and who receives each invoice.
Rebuild after verification
We review completion of remediation and any applicable specialist reports before planning repairs. We agree on finishes, schedule, signed scope, changes and staged invoices before reconstruction.
