What to expect
Assess the source and affected rooms
We record the reported source, whether it is still active, the affected rooms and assemblies, and any access or specialist needs. We coordinate the next step with the party responsible for the source.
Stabilize, extract and clean
The approved scope can include water extraction, protection, containment, selective removal, cleaning and coordination of affected contents. Decisions are recorded by area.
Monitor drying and verify
We document drying zones, moisture readings, temperature, relative humidity and equipment placement as applicable. Completion criteria and any required specialist findings are reviewed before repairs are released.
Plan repairs and document the claim
We can assemble the field record and a reconstruction scope for the owner and adjuster. Rebuilding is scheduled under its own agreed scope.
