Assessment requests
We ask for your contact and property details and a brief description so MGL can respond, assess the request and coordinate next steps. Please keep the submission limited to the information needed to contact you and understand the work.
Keep documents out of the form and guide
Send claim documents, photographs or supporting files only through a channel confirmed by the MGL team. The guide may send general questions to an AI provider to generate an answer. Keep payment information, claim and policy numbers, identification and private documents out of the chat.
