What to expect

  1. Review the condition of each area

    We review the work completed during remediation, the condition of affected assemblies and applicable specialist evidence before releasing the area for rebuilding.

  2. Agree on what will be rebuilt

    We document repair items, finish selections, trades, schedule and the authorized payer. We can coordinate written scope and estimate revisions for the adjuster’s review.

  3. Deliver and close out

    The agreement records milestones and billing. We document any changes and review completed work and closeout records with the client.
