What to expect

Inventory and protect
We identify items affected by the loss, record condition and location, and document items protected in place or approved for pack-out.
Track handling and condition
Where in scope, we coordinate pack-out, storage and cleaning and track transfers and item status. We record which items require review or are considered non-restorable.
Record decisions and return
We document return and obtain authorization for disposal where required. Contents records can support a closeout or an adjuster’s review.
