    We coordinate with authorized management, owners and adjusters, record verification by zone and agree on reconstruction and billing before proceeding.

  4. Discuss vendor onboarding

    Share your buildings, vendor requirements, after-hours contacts and escalation procedures so we can review the proposed service relationship.
