What to expect

    We use observations, measurements, affected materials and supporting photos to prepare an itemized estimate for the work under review.

  2. Keep revisions and supplements separate

    We track the original scope, revisions and additional documented work for review. Supporting records can include photos, work logs, moisture readings, equipment history and specialist reports.

  3. Confirm authorization and billing

    We record the client’s authorization and the billing party separately from estimate review. The insurer determines coverage and approves claim amounts under its process.
