What to expect

Assess after the site is released
For immediate danger, call 911. Once access is cleared, we assess affected rooms, residue and odour boundaries, affected contents and any building system or specialist needs.
Document and perform the approved cleanup
The scope can include protection, containment, selective removal, cleaning and contents coordination. We record work performed and obtain specialist input where applicable.
Review and plan reconstruction
We review completion evidence and any required reports, then agree on repairs, finishes and sequencing with the authorized client contact.
