Review brand requirements and the PIP
Share the applicable brand standards, property improvement plan, room count, drawings and work windows so we can define the proposed scope.
Plan the guestroom and common-area work
We coordinate finishes, bathrooms, corridors, lobbies and furniture, fixtures or equipment interfaces as applicable.
Phase and hand over by floor or wing
We agree on access, protection, sequencing, inspections and turnover requirements with the hotel operator.
